We accept returns and exchanges for defective and non-defective products. Only new products (this includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used).

Return Window - 30 days (the amount of time a customer has to return a product).
You can make returns and exchanges for non-defective products within 30 days of its conclusion without providing any reason.
You have 30 days from the day you—or a third party you designate, other than the carrier—take possession of the items. If you order multiple items under a single order and they are delivered separately, the 30-day period begins when you (or your designated third party) receive the last item.

Your request for a refund or replacement will be processed by us within a period of 14 days from the date we receive your request.
If you make returns, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice, provided you return the goods to our warehouse or provide proof of return shipment no later than 30 days from the date you received your order. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed, and without charging you any fees.

We do not charge additional fees for processing returns.
We don't charge Restocking fee.

You will be offered a settlement, depending on whether your order was insured or not.
